Senior Year Reflection

Senior Year Reflection

I'm just realizing now, after starting college, that I never posted my senior year reflection.

I know I already did a what I learned in high school post and this is just going to be a quick restating of a few things I mentioned in that post.

DON'T TAKE HIGH SCHOOL FOR GRANTED!

Throughout high school I just wanted it to be over. Its felt like forever and I just wanted to grow up. Guys high school is not forever. It's only FOUR YEARS out of your 85+ years of life! You are not a teenage forever and learn to live while you young. Not living stupid but living young and carefree.

I had some great years in high school and I do think senior year was the best! I had a great group of friends surrounding me and always laughing along side of me and that is what made it special. I never took anything or myself too seriously and laughed the whole year. I lived in the moment and I really think that its what helped make it special.

If you're still in high school hang in there. Don't be ready to move on just yet. Hang on to what you have while you have it and try and make the best of it.
