My Pool/Beach Essentials
Here are some of the things I like to take to the pool or beach with me.
First are some obvious things like: a swimsuit, towel, bag, cover up/shorts, sunglasses, wallet, and sunscreen. But I also like to bring along some other stuff too. Before I even leave to go to the beach or pool, a manicure and pedicure is essential. My favorite nail polish color for the summer is Lightning by L.A. Color. It's so bold and bright! Next a girl has to smell good after running around in the hot sun and sand all day. I love Pure Paradise from Bath and Body Works so much I went back and got it in the hand sanitizer, which is also definitely another big essential. Lip balm with SPF is also necessary, the last thing you want are sun burnt lips. (P.S. I just found out that only the yellow eos has SPF in it, so I'm going to have to go pick that one up for this summer) Next some hair ties, because lets be honest those gorgeous beach waves that we see in magazines are fake and your hair really looks like a wet mop when you're done in the water. Lastly something to entertain yourself, like magazines, a book, or music.
I have had an amazing time here in Florida! Now it's time to say goodbye to the oh so warm Florida and hello to the cold cold Michigan.
